I went here multiple times in just one year. for long term stays. Just over a month total. the staff and room and everything was great but I recently booked a room for September (pay at property) with my girlfriend and her aunt ended up passing a few days prior to my reservation so I contacted them through booking.com, email and phone explaining my situation. I IMMEDIATELY got an email and message that my card was attempted to be ran which I didn't approve (again I had selected pay at property) so soon as they seen I was trying to cancel my booking they tried to immediately run my card and get the funds knowing I wanted to cancel cause of my aunts passing .very shady. the staff and the place was nice I did have a good experience but after this dishonest and shady business I would never return or recommend them to anybody. they didn't even respond to my emails or contacts saying that they can't cancel or anything they just immediately tried to run My card
and also my second visit they charged me for a ferry ride and van transport that I never received there wasn't any body at the airport waiting for me so I had to pay a different company for transport and then they still charged me for their service that I didn't receive they have gotten so much free money from me for services I...
Read moreUpon check in I was greeted and upgraded from a standard room to the next level of room. So everything started well. The room is very spacious and we had a balcony, not all rooms do though is what I later learned upon touring other rooms.
The water pressure is amazing. So is the hot water. I learned to appreciate this after staying at The Sitio which had very weak water pressure and no hot water. Other places were good but Red Coco Inn is top notch in that respect.
The bed is comfortable however the pillows are very flat. That is my only complaint about the hotel, that the pillows could be better. Aside from that everything was amazing. Good food. Great breakfast buffet option as well.
I read a post that mentioned the buffet breakfast as lacking. I disagree. The breakfast buffet offers the essentials which in my opinion are eggs, toast, cereal, rice, fresh fruit, soup, bacon or ham (they alternate every other day) and juice. There are a couple other items too but the most important thing is that the buffet is clean, well kept (covered in order not to attract bugs and keep hot) and the food is good. Eggs are made to order. I have seen places where the eggs were not made fresh to order and just sitting around in a big pot.

Read moreThe location is great, along the Main Road near D'Mall and few minutes walk from the Main Beach. 3 minutes away from the Jollibee. They clean room and changed towels every day or upon request, this is really great, and the breakfast is superb. In addition, their manager Ann is very accommodating, makes sure the guests requests are prioritized and thank you for making my current Boracay stay memorable. On top of that, The staff are all amazing from Chef, front-office, Bell man, Guard to housekeeping. This was my first review of all the places I've visited in the world, but Red Coco Inn is an exception for me. Since I'm in a Work-from-Home set-up, their internet connection is stable and comparable to other expensive hotels in the island. So for those who are looking for their next "WorkCation", this hotel truly fits the bill considering the value for money, Location and top-notch service of the staffs. I was intending to stay for a few days but because of my wonderful stay and awesome staff in Red Coco Inn Boracay I extended my stay indefinitely, I Highly Recommend this hotel...
