Sip Happens Wine Bar and Brewery — Restaurant in Malay

What an awesome place! Stopped by here during our stay in Boracay. The folks we were with were in search of some craft beer/breweries on the island and a quick google search brought us to Sip happens! Sure glad we found this place, very nice and cozy location that sells/serves many varieties of wine but even better their delicious craft beers! We tried the white beach, puka beach, katipunan, and the pineapple cider. All were very delicious! Great crisp and bold flavors and definitely a breath of fresh air from the other beer choices on the island. In a desert of craft beer (Philippines) Sip Happens is the Oasis you are looking for. I stopped for the freshly brewed IPA's and stayed for the conversation with like minded old world beer loving patrons. I met a man from France, England and New Zealand. I'm American and it was a time travel to a land of Beer pleasure that I have long sought. I met one of the owners and the staff (Joy) "she lived up to her name" and felt completely at home and even found like I'd found a new home here in Boracay. Stopped in shopping for a certain vodka, and was drawn in to stay. Cozy but modern/ craft feeling bar right in the center of the gorgeous island of Boracay. Lots of wines, craft cocktails, and possibly some of the only locally brewed beers on the island. Staff was fun, kind, and efficient. Local beer was great, and the cocktail we ordered was made well.
