I booked total 2 rooms on standard no veranda here are my pros and cons. Greeted with a lady at the reception politely, we arrived early so we know early check in is not possible. They took our luggage and put it on one side to wait until the room is ready. They upgraded us to standard room with veranda because we have total 3 rooms so we will be next to each other. We asked for early check in but it will only be available at the standard check in time of 2pm which is understandable. My feedback is they have offered us 1 room for early check in because it is already available however they are charging us Php3k for early check in at 9am. I only paid the room in Agoda at Php2.2k plus per night and they are asking 3k for just a period of 9am until 2pm check in time. So we politely decline. But I suggest management to look into it because early check in should be atleast charged half day rate or a certain discount. Overall rooms are fine if you are not those fussy travellers, do not expect tip top condition room if you only paid almost half of those prestigious brands in Boracay. I am surprised that they provided complete bathroom amenities from shower cap, toothbrush, even sewing kit etc. They have white hotel towels and big bathrooms. The rooms are big in size, there are 2 soft pillows but they are nice enough to give us 2 more firmer pillows. There are some holes on the sheets so make sure to inform them so they will not charge you. We asked for make up room the next day however they will not change the sheets and pillows cases they will only fix it. They refill the bathroom amenities but I’m not sure if they change the towels. They also provide beach towels , they have a small dining area which is the same as your waiting area. They served big breakfast however I suggest to eat outside because there are a lot of options outside, cheaper and delicious. I suggest if they can offer discounts for those in house guests so they can entice them to dine in the restaurants instead of going out. Breakfast plate like longsilog, cornsilog etc cost Php299 which outside you can get Php170 or lesser. It’s close proximity to D’mall and the beach is a plus, you will walk in a small alley (with lights at night) within 2-3mins only. I will still recommend this hotel if you are in a budget, big rooms, decent and clean. ...
Read moreWe stay there for 2 days & 1 night. The staff is polite and attentive. Especially to Ms. Maria. She is a well-mannered person, a kind and sweet lady. A knowledgeable staff too. When we arrived there, she explained to me in precise detail that my payment through Agoda is not successful so I have to pay cash instead. I told her I will check my bank account first if it was deducted and check if there is any email from Agoda. She is patiently waiting. In the end, I paid cash. I am happy and grateful that she assisted us. Also, the three other staff who assisted us first under the name Marc, who is assisting us by helping bring our stuff and sending us to our designated room. He welcomes us with a smile and is attentive. Second, Mr. Jeric helps us and held my Mother-in-law by his hand to give support. Third but not least Mr. Reymar is the bartender on that night. We want to drink and try their cocktails. Even though we arrived late about 10:30 pm after scrolling outside the hotel, he still accommodate us with a smile. Chatting and giving us some information too about the liquors. We are thankful that we met them. The hotel is an exceptionally great ambiance, and the room is spacious, clean, and tidy. We book 2 Superior rooms. The bed and its towels smell good (pretty sure that it is well-washed).I will recommend Boracay Summer Palace to all my friends in Singapore and my family too in Manila. They are 5 minutes walk to the beachfront and 2 minutes to the road where a lot of food choices too. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the good work. I will come back to this hotel and hope to see them...

They were incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring our utmost comfort throughout our stay. The spacious bathroom was a standout feature, offering ample room to move around. The refreshing shower further added to our enjoyment.
The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, even though we chose not to have our room cleaned. This attention to cleanliness was appreciated and contributed to the overall satisfaction of our stay. Although the hotel was not beachfront, the short 2-3 minute walk to the beach was convenient, with two accessible paths available. Additionally, the hotel's location made transportation effortless, as e-trikes could conveniently stop right in front, providing added convenience for our senior companion.
Without hesitation, if we have the opportunity to return to Boracay, we would gladly choose to stay at Boracay Summer Palace again. The exceptional staff, comfortable accommodations, and overall wonderful experience made our stay...
