There's a reason why this restaurant is called "Smoke"... Most of the food in the menu is hot and spicy 😆 For those who love spicy food, rejoice! We tried their chili chicken with eggplant and chili squid rice toppings as well as the mango-mint shake (with a hint of mango). Servings are large, though, you might end up being "umay" after eating half of the rice toppings. The mango mint shake tasted more of mint with a little mango flavor. Place is not hard to find if you're coming from the highway. Don't try to use Google maps if you're coming from the beach as you won't be able to passby a private resort separating the restaurant and the beach. Also, the place is small (around 5 to 6 tables) but they have another branch behind Andok's in Station 2 but we didn't get to go there. It's budget friendly compared to other food halls in D'Mall.

When going to Boracay, the trip would not be complete if you don't visit Smoke. They used to be located in D'Mall but transfered to it's new location now. They truly quenched our hungriness with their usual comfort food! They offer bulalo to sinigang, from spicy squid to lechon kawali freshly cooked in front of you. The service is great and their staff & crew are honest and respectful. The place is small but cozy. A must try place when in Boracay. Will definitely be back! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💕🍫

It was the family's first time in Boracay. Wanting to experience more the island, I opted to look for a place which is local, with good food in a reasonable price.

Seeing the positive online reviews we then went and dined here at Smoke Resto last Fri, May 24, 2019, our last night at the island.

We wouldn't have mind the place which is more of a carenderia than a cozy resto, but having served the lechon kawali which was obviously hurriedly cooked as you can hardly eat it (only 1% lean meat. The rest is oil - - as it was not done/cooked well), the pricey burger steak as the portion was so small and the chili squid which at first you would think was a bowlful only to realize that it was more of rice just covered with sauce (better to call it chili sauce in fact), the overall experience was just disappointing. This carenderia which is not located in the D Mall Plaza (the IN place in Boracay) is just expensive and overrated. I still ended up to paying almost the same as when we had our dinner at the authentic Italian restaurant, Aria Cucina Italiana at the D Mall. If I could proceed with this review without having to rate it with the above stars, I surely would, because for me it is a ZERO, a NO...

This is probably THE BEST budget restaurant in Boracay. I love Inasal, but Smoke Resto offers more variety at really great prices. Admittedly, there are restaurants that offer cheaper prices for short order food/meals, but the food at Smoke Resto is really delicious. That's why this place is always packed and people line up for hours during peak lunch and dinner hours just to eat here. I love their salpicao. I've never tried salpicao until I had it at Smoke Resto. Their Bulalo and eggplant dishes are great too. The food can be really overwhelming if you have too many of it at the same time (I tend to order too many dishes for 1 person), so I suggest eating with a group or only have 1 or two dishes at a time. I'm so excited to have discovered this restaurant and it's on my list of places to eat whenever I...
