Quite unlucky on the night we came here.
We ordered first the dishes that are new to us, especially the national dish of Greece (Moussaka). They came back and told us it's not available. Then we picked the Moschari Brizola or Greek steak. They came back again and told us it's not available except for the lamb steak. Then the greek style family salad wasn't available either.
We were there to celebrate birthdays so we still kept it positive that night.
The lamb rimbs or paldakia was seasoned well. It came with sliced potatoes.
We also ordered Chicken Gyros, which we didn't finish. But still tasted good.
We had Pastisado - Greek osso bucco. Large cuts of beef in pasts. Saucy too.
For dessert, we had their flaming mango. There was some thrilling action that happened. A sizzling mango in a hot plate gets poured of tequila and lighted in front of you and everyone from the resto yelled 'Opa!'
Overall, the experience dining at Cyma was still great. It would've been best if we really had the Greek dishes that we really came for originally.
The place was cozy and felt relaxing. The staff were accommodating and helped us in choosing despite of the very limited options left in the menu.
We'll still come back and hope to get a taste of the dishes we look...

I've been wanting to try this place for years and I'm not sure if the stars aligned just to ruin my day.
At first I tried to order the Roka pasta which is basically comprised of arugula, olive oil and some cherry tomatoes. They said it was out, which was the first red flag for me. Considering the ingredients were just kitchen staples.
We gave the flaming cheese a try, would not recommend. Sure it looks cool but you either have to keep relighting it to burn off the alcohol they use or if you enjoy the taste of mozzarella and booze go ahead.
One in our party ordered a chicken gyro which looked alright to begin with, however it was slathered with this kewpie mayo and honey mustard concoction. It wasn't very pleasant, chicken was well seasoned though.
The Lamb Ragu was pretty bland, but really wasn't horrible. Do not try and ask for chili flakes though as they don't have this staple either it seems.
The only good thing was the hummus.
The staff were helpful but that really didn't help the food.
Perhaps it was an off day for them or it's better for dinner. I don't think I'd risk going back. Also make sure you have cash or a G-Cash account as the machine...
