Zark's Burgers - Fiesta Carnival Araneta City — Restaurant in Quezon City

Simply put, the staff was not very kind when I initially arrived here. For some reason, they never stop staring at you. I placed an order here, but I had such a terrible experience that I regret myself for never returning. When I had finished placing my order, I was seated at a table with four chairs waiting for my takeout when two men came in and placed their orders.The man then pointed to my table, where I was merely seated. After that, the personnel instructed me to wait outside without any chairs, including tables, while I waited for my food. Not even a polite question was being asked by the staff. She uttered those words. "Take out? Labas nalang kayo mag antay" yet again. There were only two people and four chairs. May I please use the other chair? An absolutely...

When we came in, the lady staff told us to just check the menu on the table. We can just scan and come back when we’re ready to place our orders. Guess what, people came in after us and she just gave their menu boards like how it’s supposed to be.

I didn’t really get her point but it felt really of as the line fell into a long one. Come on, sis. Why have you forsaken us hahahahahaha I don’t want to be a “Karen” so I took a deep breath and just looked her in her eyes and ordered. I just, you know…. I can’t. This should be relayed to their management, at least. Proper accommodation of their customers should be ANY restaurant’s priority. We ordered burgers, fries and nachos for take-away. The wait was very long, almost 30 minutes. While we waited, we had street kids come into the restaurant begging. My son said he saw lice on one of them. They went to another table with guests and picked up the mustard bottle (I couldn’t see if they drank from it?), but the staff just looked at them. In the past, in other venues, the staff would ask them to leave. But the Zark staff did nothing. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The food itself was pretty good. We ordered a large fries and when we opened the take away bag, it was broken into a small and medium container and the fries were cold and not crunchy. The burgers...
