Prosecco oyster bar — Restaurant in Krakow

Well, after recommendation from my friend and reading the reviews, I decided to visit the place with my wife. We went there on Saturday at about 16-17:00. One table was available, we chose it immediately. There are 8 round small tables for max 4 persons inside, as I remember. Plus long bar table along the wall and a few tables outside. Fresh decorations. The main decor is the barocco red bath :) with oysters relaxing in :) in the middle of the bar area. Yes, prices are pretty cheap and here is the trick, it is not written how big the portions are. It's my mistake I didn't ask, however, before I made the order the lady inform me that I need to wait for food for around 20 minutes. I ordered the mix grilled seafood for 39zl. I thought it's a plate for two. :) Other meals were available from 6,99 till 15zl. I also ordered two draft beers, 10zl each. Need to be paid after ordering. Waiting time was more than 30 min. :/ a)Food - that portion is not enough for even one man. Belive me :) b) more than half plate was the fries and honestly it was the best after the beer :) c) mix seafood....??? Pffff... 3 psc of the smallest octopus, 2 psc of the calmares, 3 psc of.. I can't really say what it was, grilled or most probably fried with a LOT OF OIL on the pan. Toilet? uffff.... :( I didn't really understand to whom it belongs.., as a lot of random people from the steet were passing through the restaurant to visit it. So it's more like public. Super dirty! A weird place. The idea is sound, seafood with prosecco. What's not to like about it?

The issue is in the realization. Service is rushed, even when there were a few free tables I felt pushed out to free one more. The prosecco is nice, fresh, and indeed cheap. But what type are you getting? There are multiple bottles from various wineries and no way to know your 12zl will bring you. The locale is next to an hotel and is internally connected. People come and go through the bar, creating a sense of chaos. Music is very commercial, cheapening the ambience. Food is tasty but not enough. More like a snack.

So, nice place to have a quick bite and a cheap prosecco but do not expect luxury, class...

If i could i wouldve given them Negative 5 review. I came here yesterday with my wife who wears Hijab. We sat down and wanted to have a Menu. There were 2 guys at the counter/cashier and i called "Hello Excuse me" , they dint answer me, so i thought may be they dint hear me, then i was waiving my hand to them and saying Hello. Both of them noticed us as we were literally sitting like 5 meters away facing them but they ignored us. My wife and i felt insulted. It was a Rascist act from them towards us. So both of us left!
