Don’t go there unless you have unlimited time to wait for your food.

With train departing at 1pm it seemed that entering this place for a late breakfast at 11:45am was a safe option. The restaurant was not very busy at the moment, with roughly half of the tables occupied.

However, we first waited to order – and then waited for 45 minutes for the food. While our coffee appeared promptly the food did not materialize even after those 45 minutes. In the end we had to go or risk missing our train. I went to the counter to paid for the coffees and was presented with the whole bill, including the food we did not get! I had to make a split-second decision and traded money for time, because if I had to argue the bill we would have surely missed our train. So, these crooks essentially stole about $20 from us – not much, but I am still angry about it.

A restaurant with good service would have offered an apology and certainly not charged for the food we did not get. Even better, the waiter could have warned us of the long wait times. But, of course nothing like this happened.

I just want to underline that our long wait was not an exception, since we have been observing that people who ordered about 10 minutes ahead of us (while we still waited to order) were getting their food about the time when we were leaving.

So, in short: horrible, slow service. The food might be nice if you...

Some parts of the meal were better than most of the restaurants I've eaten at here in Krakow, but that's not saying much. I've not been impressed. I read several other reviews and "kind waitress" or "friendly service" is a theme. That was not my experience. I wouldn't say they were rude, but they weren't friendly enough to write about. Just average service. The food took an extremely long time to come to the table. If you are very hungry right now I suggest going somewhere else then planning your trip here at a different time. My teenager was so hungry she was ready to scream by the time the food arrived. The food was mixed. The soup and quiche were delicious. Truly delicious, honestly perhaps the best quiche I've ever had. The special of the day was bland and unappealing. My husband was thoroughly disappointed. The bagguette was toasted so hard and crispy my kid cut the corners of her mouth on it and I've had to listen to her complain about it all morning today, the next day. Had I gone in alone and only ordered the soup and quiche it would have been 4 stars. I can't give 5 to place that makes me wait so long for my meal I could have gone anywhere else and been in and out by the time my...

We booked for 3pm and arrived promptly. None of the staff wore masks. The waiter stood over us breathing heavily as he struggled to open the wine. The french wine was beautiful. We ordered one savoury crepe and one chicken croque. We waited one hour for our food. Many came into the restaurant unmasked to purchase French cheese. The server only put on gloves when she noticed my shock. The chef came out of the kitchen unmasked and groped his girlfriend at another table and still we waited. The food eventually arrived cold and inedible. My husband complained so they put it in the microwave ( it had a fried egg on top) The whole experience was appalling. Sadly everywhere in Krakow the staff are not wearing masks properly, they are not asking for Covid certs, they are not socially distancing. 640 died yesterday in this country and sadly there is a blatantly disregard for rules and...

It offers some French groceries which look quite nice. But French cuisine? I don’t think it actually fit the standard of French dishes, more like a delicate version of Polish dish. The waitress (who actually knew not much about the menu when I asked her) told me that I won’t regret after ordering their chocolate tart. Oh I felt bad cause I did regret. That was not a French tart. Slightly disappointed. The steak was tender enough, but can be seasoned better, and the duck breast ... That was not a duck breast, just some meat slices on the table.
