If I could I would give negative stars. I don’t even have words to describe what an awful experience was coming here. I’ve never had to leave a bad review in my life but coming here has warranted it. My friends and I made a reservation and when we arrived there early we waited. A man was on the phone at the host stand and kept giving us dirty side long glances. My friend who speaks a little Portuguese let a passing worker know we were here for a reservation at which he snapped in English “you have to wait.” A minute later the man on the phone finished and asked “what do you want?” We explained we had a reservation and he said we did not. My friend who made it showed him the confirmation and he said he cancelled it and we should’ve gotten a text saying so. My friend said she got no such text and how is it possible to get a confirmation of the reservation but not the cancellation. The man shrugged and said he’d show us and showed us a notebook where he crossed out her name. My friend said “are you really not going to serve us.” He shrugged again and looked around the empty dining room and said “I have no tables for six.” We were a party of five and said so and he said again he had no tables for us. I have never felt so insulted in a restaurant in my life. I’m even more disappointed seeing all the other rave reviews for this restaurant and how lovely it is. I wish I had gotten...

Me and my partner found this place on Google reviews and immediately booked based on the reviews and photos of the food. We turned up and immediately knew we had made the right choice. The setting, service and smell of the food straight from the off was on point. So to start we had the prawns and the Thai beef salad. We had 5 massive King prawns cooked to perfection. And the Thai beef salad was genuinely the best starter we had ever tried. If you eat here it is a must! It's not something we would normally order but by God am I glad we did. Mains - we both had the lamb shank. It was delicious as we had expected based on the many photos available on previous Google reviews. The tender lamb meat just fell off the bone.

A wonderful way to finish off a brilliant week in Lagos! The restaurant is gorgeous, make sure to request a table on the outdoor terrace. Staff were friendly and efficient. The prawn & mango starter was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Goats cheese was delicious. We all had the fish & prawn curry for mains and it was divine. For dessert, the brownie was incredible and we liked the crème brûlée too but definitely preferred the brownie. Coffee was excellent and even the chocolates they give when you get the bill were lovely. We had a bottle of rose too and yet the entire meal was only €50 per person. Incredible value for such high quality food in a stunning environment. It’s slightly fancier than other Lagos restaurants so would be great for a special occasion or as a treat on your last night....
