Let me start this review by saying I am writing it on the toilet from food poisoning. I ordered a butter chicken with garlic naan, tandoori chicken with a salad and a pineapple juice. The butter chicken sauce was water with orange food coloring and random herbs. The chicken was decent, but the naan was definitely store bought and stiff. The tandoori chicken was interesting. It tasted okay, but it was definitely microwaved as the edges were hard and the bone was dry as stone. I've microwaved leftover kfc and popeyes enough times to know this. The "salad" was a few slices of cucumber, shredded lettuce, and an old tomato. The pineapple juice was loaded with sugar to make up for the taste. I dont know how this place got 4.9 on google reviews, my assumption, fake reviews.

the bill came out to 40 euros and this was definitely not worth it.

The owner asked me to come in and dispute my negative review but I will not give them anything better than a 1 star for a refund on the food. People must know that this isnt a good place to eat and my review cannot be bought. He claims the naans were freshly made and not store bought. They were all perfect squares.

We had a very poor experience at Fatima Fast Food. The fries tasted like the kind you buy frozen from the supermarket and fry at home—definitely not fresh. The sauces were even worse, especially the ketchup, which was so watery it was obvious they had added water to stretch it out.

The service was just as bad. The guy who served us told us they didn’t have any chicken burgers and instead pushed the beef burger, saying it was their most popular. Just five minutes later, he came back to say they were out of beef too. I ended up settling for a chicken and beef wrap, which came with what was clearly just an old, dry burger patty stuffed inside—definitely not fresh or appetizing.

He told us the food would take 15 minutes, but we waited around 30 minutes. On top of that, his customer service was awful— He just stayed at the back, avoiding any interaction.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor food, poor service, and overall a waste of...

It was my first experience in this hotel and what I ordered I didn't get what I expected and the quantity of food was also less and I was new here so I couldn't talk to their staff. I gave one star rating on Google, then after two minutes, the owner of the hotel came to me and called my name. I said, I am Chaudhry Waqar. And abused me mother and sister and spoke to me in a very loud voice while I still showed patience and explained to him that by talking calmly and this is a public review which he can give whatever he wants but Still he didn't listen to me and grabbed me and threw me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police even though I didn't say anything to him, they don't know how to talk and I paid his bill and left there. They are very stupid people, they don't even know how to talk. The hotel owner spoke nastier than I thought.too...

This restaurant was a disappointing experience and not worth the expense. It's puzzling how it has received so many high ratings—this may be due to a lack of authentic Indian food experience among reviewers or, perhaps, paid reviews. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, which, along with some negative reviews we overlooked, should have been a warning sign. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory: it lacked freshness, the flavors were unimpressive, and my order was incorrect. The mango lassi was particularly disappointing and seemed poorly prepared, as if no effort was put into making it enjoyable. Overall, this place does not meet the standard of a good Indian restaurant, and I'm surprised it's still in business.

Since we had already gone shopping at the outlets, we had dinner around 11:00 pm. We were lucky enough to find this restaurant through Google and it was open until 1:00am. The food is very authentic! Two of us had spicy chicken with Indian rice, butter chicken and mango lassi. I believe this is a family run restaurant and we were delighted with the warm welcome and presentation of the food until we asked if our mango lassi should be less sweetened. The food, the atmosphere, the people are so friendly! As a visitor, if you've had a great time lately! Please come to this restaurant and enjoy delicious food! Cheers / Xavier

NIGHT OWLS... If you are like me that forget to eat at normal hours... once all the restaurants are shut... then "Fatima" idls a tru vision. The place is very cheerful, and the young man from Pakistan who welcomed me was ever so charming. I ordered before reading these reviews, and I ordered a burger.... even when the young man suggested Indian food... The burger was delicious but I should come back for curry! Remember, it is open until the wee hours. Oh ... they are license... Nice half a bottle of red wine for less than €5.... They are lovely people!
