Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Lisbon

I have been to two locations in Lisbon , one was at a mall, so I didn't have much expectation about the way the ice cream was served/ presentation. However, as a child, I remember going to häagen dazs, and everything was served on real plates with real utensils. Jump to 2023, and everything is served on paper dishes with throw-away forks and knives. I find this to be very disappointing as I used to think of hagen dazs as a high-end luxury place for a treat. Its modern decor and throw-away plates/utensils really took away that feeling. Ice cream is still very yummy, but I will be looking for something with a bit more class in the future. I recommend the banana Crêpe but the way the wooden fork feels in your mouth will taint...

I was served by Nalisha, she gave us what we call "the best customer service". She took her time and pleasantly explained to us about Hagen Dazs and their vision how the real ice cream should be. She helped us with choosing the flavours and gave us samples as well. I must say this is "the best ice cream" I have tried in Portugal esp the two new winter flavours I would highly recommend. The only thing that I would like to improve is the price, which in US is somewhat reasonable, where we can buy a pint of ice cream...
