Jacaré — Restaurant in Lisbon

I ordered a picanha with a side dish of sweet potato and got served 5 small pieces, which were soft and flavorful. (The portion though, was quite small). In the last piece , I found a little white hair. They kindly took the plate (and the side dish of potatoes that I almost hadn't touched) and left. I ended up paying the whole dish. I would still want to pay and maybe get offered half a portion or at least some potatoes, because unfortunately I left hungry. Maybe the little hair was ours,...

Once was a good restaurant. Nowadays the meat is constantly overcooked to a ridiculous level and the iron skillet even burns the “farofa”. But that’s not all…

What concerns me the most is the terrible, really terrible service. It’s unacceptable to see an empty restaurant, and be waiting outside for more than 20min without anyone even talking to you. After entering the restaurant to talk to a waiter that was doing NOTHING he asked me to wait outside.

Don’t even bother to come here. Terrible service. Over cooked meat. Drinks are ice only and you pay around 5 euros for coloured ice. They take forever to serve you, forget part of the orders (which they compensate by offering one of the coloured ice drinks). And even to pay you need to call several times to be able to get...
