We came on a Sunday evening at 9 PM and asked if we could have a drink. The waitress told us yes and they would close the kitchen in a moment but there will be no problem for a drink.

We also got tempted by the tiramisu and asked if we could order it, the waiter said yes. We were served rather rapidly, probably 10 min after being seated.

But at 9.30 PM, we were already handed the bill as a way to tell us they were closing now. Our dessert was halfway eaten and we just had time for a few sips of wine. We were very surprised they didn't warn us we would have barely 30 min to finish everything. I would never order wine and dessert if I knew.

We asked to take-away our leftover wine in a disposable cup but they didn't have anything like that unfortunately.

On top of that, we were being asked to leave a 5% tip which surprised me a lot given the circumstances.

On the plus side, tiramisu was good and decoration of the restaurant is beautiful and looks cosy (that's why we entered). But because they were closing and we were sitting at the bar, it was rather loud due to the staff cleaning the kitchen and bar.

It was probably an unlucky misunderstanding but I regret that the staff was so unapologetic and not...

Excellent service and delicious food. I ate at Ribalta twice this week during my stay in Lisbon. I sat at the bar which was great fun watching the pizza maker. I ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. It’s a unique take on bruschetta with grilled mushrooms, melted cheese, tomatoes and lots of micro greens. Very delicious. I also ordered the primavera pizza which I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a tomato focused pizza with basil leaves and cheese and a thin crust. I liked that everything was made right in front of me. Also the staff is proficient in English (thank you) and always smiling and helpful. Great place for a meal and also don’t forget to stroll outside to the deck for a lovely view.

Returned on July 30 for dinner, had pasta with shrimp and bruscetta. Delicious as always, great staff,...

Nice place and beautiful terrace.

But extremely unfriendly staff, who are more interested in communicating with each other than giving guests good service. Bring pizza not cut, the waiter did not even think to look at it. But the most unpleasant thing is that there was black hair in my pasta, we refused the dish, we were treated to dessert as an apology (as we thought), but at the same time they left the pasta with hair in the bill, and when we said that we didn’t pay for it we will, they said that it would be necessary to pay for the dessert “given” to us. Thank you, will never visit again and will not...

It's really nice to eat on the balcony when the sun is not so strong! The service was very smooth and everything we ate was delicious. The Cipriani tagliatelle was tossed in the oven with plenty of parmesan cheese and it was a really successful dish, you can see it in the photos. The pizza was also good but I prefer pasta. The salad was professionally dressed with a very good Chinese lettuce flour dressing! The chicken on top was also delicious and well cooked. With its fine dining options, El Corte Inglés will always be a great shopping destination in Lisbon.
