McDonald's — Restaurant in Lisbon

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced. I visited with my gf late at night - around 2am - we were in transit and waited for our plane.

The food was absolutely disgusting, the staff mistook my order and served me a completely different burger - ordered chicken and got beef?? Fries looked just SAD, cheeseburger was cold and stale, even esspresso was cold - And MOREOVER there was a guy upstairs who was literally PUKING out his food on the tray while eating and none of the staff seam to care. This was absolutely horrendous and made us wanting to puke.

I would never go to this place again even if someone Paid...

I visited this McDonald's recently and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff didn’t smile or offer a welcoming attitude—everyone seemed frustrated or uninterested. It made the whole atmosphere feel cold and uninviting. While the food was standard and arrived on time, the lack of basic customer service definitely affected the experience. A smile or a simple friendly gesture goes a long way, especially in a well-known global chain like McDonald's. Hopefully, management can work on improving staff morale and customer interaction.

I haven't eaten mcds in the states in over decade for these reasons. Its too processed and there is no taste. I'm just eating a piece of cardboard but this is different. I had the chicken sandwich and fries. I felt like I was eating something that was judt reheated on a slab. The sanchwich is a fried chicken filet topped with lettuce and a sauce. I could taste the spices used and the breading was crispy. The sauce taste like a simple Mayo and siracha. The fries were also crispy. Overall this was a decent surprise to enjoy. The restaurant was clean and service...
