Stumbled upon Prima Pasta while looking for another restaurant and made a note to go back the next night. Very glad we did!! We had the spaghetti carbonara and the rigatoni al forno ( shared a bit of each) and although the rigatoni was vey good the stand out was the carbonara. Smooth cream sauce that was not overly cheesed, with a good amount of bacon. It was some of the best I have ever had. We opted to accept the bruschetta and bread and both were very good. (like most places the will automatically put some simple apps on your table but they do charge a small fee, so don't eat if you don't want). I was in need for some greens and had the Insalata mista. It was a nice mix of very fresh greens and lettuce with plenty of cucumbers, tomato, and carrots. Big enough to share if you care to. They looked to have a very nice wine list, but I was in the mood for sangria. They mixed a nice semi sweet red with oranges, lemon and apple slices, very refreshing. We enjoyed our dinner so much we went back a 2nd time during our trip....
Read moreBEST MEAL WE EVER HAD! This afternoon we went on a tuktuk tour and asked the driver for the best italian/pasta place in town and she mentioned this place. We found it and saw it was only opening at 18:30. We waited around the area for 30 minutes till it was opened and boy was it worth it! We took : white sangria, garlic bread with cheese, pasta with tomato and pesto sauce, and pasta with salmon and cream sauce. Everything was perfectly cooked, tasted amazing and had beautiful presentation! Almost asked for the recipe !! Was so good I had to scream to the staff how much I appreciated the meal. Service is exceptional! Will answer to any questions! Very good portions, you won’t be needing dessert after this. Very quiet little spot. We were the only ones here for quite a while. Don’t understand why! Everyone is missing out 👌🏻 Thankyou for this amazing meal and...
Read moreA real nice Italian restaurant with around 39 seats inside and 8 outside on the street.
We had freshly homemade pasta with salmon and a pizza. The pizza was amazing. The pasta was also very good, all though the salmon was a little bit dry.
For dessert we had freshly cut fruitsalad and a tiramisu.. Both tastes amazing. I also had a cappuccino, it also was good. Actually the best I had in Lisboa.
Becaus of the little bit dry salmon, I would rate this restaurant a 4, but the Nepalese waiter simply lifted it all up, and for his good service I will give this a full 5 stars.
Definetly try...
