Savage Garden — Restaurant in Bratislava

Visited Savage Garden on Valentine's Day and I can safely say it was one of the best experiences in my life. We had a reservation and got our table just beside the window which was great as we had a perfect view and enough privacy at the same time. I decided to go for a Valentine's Day special, my boyfriend ordered from a regular menu (I really appreciate more options as most restaurants offered the special only). All of our courses were absolutely exqusite, in both the presentation and the taste. But what made our experience even better was our waiter. He was attentive, professional but friendly and kind at the same time. He regularly checked if we needed anything but not in an annoying way, explained what is going to be served next and how, and e.g. he was not afraid to suggest a different preparation of the steak even though my boyfriend likes it being prepared a certain way. He definitely made sure we enjoy our evening to the fullest. Big thank you, Savage Garden and to the waiter every restaurant...

Sep 2016, Saturday evening, the restaurants location in a dilapidated 'Omega Man' vibe park is strange but it is a good spot and (to me) highlights Bratislava's present, future and potential. This is a very good place. I had a rabbit cacciatore / soup dish which was beyond wonderful, partner had ribs with chat potatoes (with crisped olive pieces and roasted garlic), all dishes were fabulous. Waitress very attentive and quite helpful, we were seated on some higher chairs than the rest of the restaurant but without a reservation we were given what was available.. Good wine selection. It looked like you can also get small 'carafe' cocktail jugs as well.

Savage Garden is a must go if in Bratislava and you are after a high end meal away from...

Located in a small pavilion in a depressing park that’s desperately in need of repair. Easy to miss, which would’ve been a shame, because inside it’s a very pleasant place. We only came for the reviews and were very happy to have lunch there.

Very pleasant, welcoming service. Variety of tables, including our favorite right at the glass front (if only the park view was better…) Interesting menu of creative dishes, out of which we chose two different salads with a jug of lemonade. Quickly served, well mixed and spiced, light but satisfying. Excellent coffee topped the experience.

The decor’s excellent, with a mix of bricks, wood and lots of small details, including an old-fashioned bath tub, filled with ice cooling...
