If youâre an ice cream lover (or even just an occasional sweet tooth!), you absolutely have to visit Paulâs Ice Cream at The Zone @ Rosebank. Hands down, this is my fav, fav, favourite ice cream store â and trust me, Iâve visited quite a few Paul's stalls before!
While the Paul's kiosks are always a treat, nothing comes close to the full store experience at The Zone. The variety here is incredible â way more flavour options than youâll find at any of the stalls, plus so many extra treats that youâll want to try everything. Itâs basically ice cream heaven!
What stood out to me most were their cannoli, ice cream sandwiches, and brownies. Each bite was pure happiness â rich, fresh, and packed with flavour. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or feeling a little adventurous, thereâs something for every craving.
The vibe inside the store is also fantastic â super welcoming, colourful, and full of that âhappy placeâ energy. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, helping you pick the perfect combo if you're feeling spoilt for choice (which you probably will be!).
If youâre planning a visit to The Zone, make sure you stop by Paul's â whether it's a quick treat, a dessert date, or just a "because I deserve it" moment. Youâll leave smiling... and probably already thinking about...

My kid enjoyed the marshmallow ice cream. The ingredients seemed really good quality and the ice cream was smooth. I love ice cream with dark chocolate and if there is chilli added, then, it's better. The taste of this ice cream was good and just like Lindt Chilli chocolate, the chilli hits you once the ice cream passes your throat. Awesome. However, didn't feel the consistency throughout the scoop. The chilli wasn't hitting with every bite. But, otherwise, very good...

Felt like it had thawed and refrozen or something. One kid had a double of salted caramel and a latte flavor. The salted caramel was super sweet but really tasty. I had two bites of that one. It was my fave. I didnât try the latte but she likes it. Other kid had a double of Vietnamese coffee and malted chocolate. The coffee was not overly sweet and had a nice flavor. The malted chocolate as my daughter said tasted like the outside coating of my protein bars. Probably not the best comparison but it...
