I stopped to ask for a paper cup so that I could take some medicine that I had just bought from Clicks - I didn’t realise that I needed to mix it with water. I also asked for a bottle of water but was told that I could have a cup. I was told that I could only have a paper cup if I bought a coffee. I explained that I needed to take some medication and only needed water but staff refused to help me.

So much for starting the year being...

I arrived at the counter and I was on a work call the lady insisted on greeting however I indicated that I am still on a call. I order a double latte with almond milk. I could notice she wasn’t impressed with the fact that I am on a call. I left the shop and proceeded to my car as I am driving off and sipped on my coffee it tasted so weak, it definitely was not a double shot latte. I was super annoyed as I really needed the coffee boost....

This is the worst vida I have been to. They never have half of the items on the menu due to not having ingredients. I have been there twice where there is no one behind the counter for at least 10-15 minutes. I placed an order and the guy took 10 minutes to just start doing something.
