Wonderful dining experience, I finally learned what to do in a Korean BBQ establishment. The location had signage from Insadong street so was easy to find. If you are looking for an upscale experience, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a culinary experience with great food paired with excellent service, then this is it. We were a party of three, no wait on Sunday 6 pm. Menu is not extensive but what they do is execute to perfection. Not only server cooked all meats, but finally someone showed me what to do with the overwhelming selection of sauces and sides. Mustard seed and wasabi on pork shoulder cut was amazing. Service is very good! there is a plastic sheet for us to put our winter jackets. Very helpful. All of the service staff were attentive. The moment our plain water ran out, they noticed and replaced it immediately.Our food came with a whole lot of sides. The meat we ordered came with a free soup, which we were completely unaware of! It was warm and great. Amazing for the winter cold.The meat there is cooked by the staff, who also guide us through on how to best eat it. They were able to speak and understand english. It was an extremely pleasant experience.Meat served felt high-quality. We even ordered more after we finished because it was just so good? The staff are rude, have crappy and mean attitude. They do not refill your sides even if you place an additional order of two dishes. If you ask for a refill of even one side they shoot daggers at you with their eyes. Their queuing up system is electronically through email and glitches like there is no tomorrow. I missed my turn and had to let two parties ahead of me because of how crappy their online queuing is. The food was ok, just ok, nothing outstanding. Also, all meat dishes tasted exactly the same. They do not season their meat, so it’s quite plain, and they do not give any seasoning to do it on your own either.
