Delhi Delights San Eugenio — Restaurant in Adeje

Delhi Delights is hands-down a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of spices hinted at the authentic flavors we were about to enjoy. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with friendliest servers their to help.

Their three-course meal for €14.95 is a fantastic deal, offering incredible value without compromising on quality. Over our 2 incredible visits, we tasted a range of the menu. For starters we had a flavourful duo of chicken tikka and lamb seekh kebab—both perfectly seasoned and tender. The onion bhajis were also a winner. For the main course, we sampled the balti, passanda, and madras, each rich in its own blend of spices. Sides included pilau rice, chips, and the freshest garlic naan. Dessert was a selection of ice creams in various flavors, with coconut being a standout.

Service was attentive without being overbearing, and our servers were so friendly providing quick service of incredible food. For anyone craving authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine, Delhi Delights is an absolute must. Out of 4 nights we visited here twice and would return for another if our stay was longer! We will see you again...

We were staying close by and walked past this a few times but to be honest l was put off by its cheap prices,, our go to Indian is Bombay Babu but that isn't cheap. Anyhow we thought we'd try it and ordered from the set menu which was really cheap, the food was really good value and I'm glad we went as if you don't want to spend a fortune you can get a cracking Indian here which is good quality, maybe smaller portions but great value for money. I'm very picky with my Indian food as well and know what I like, I would recommend this place anyhow and great for a favour with kids if you'd rather eat Indian out but not want to spend a fortune,,, I'm sure you'll all agree is great value for money and good...

I can imagine this is a new business so just sending a few points for improvement, first to the service:

1. Hostess not very friendly/helpful, once he sat us down he didn’t care about our experience
2. This is despite the fact that there were only two other other waiters, with one accepting food orders, in the restaurant
3. This was marked on the status of the cleanliness of the bar - 20+ dirty glasses on the bar top. Not good image for the restaurant The waiters definitely did what they could but would recommend more staff inside

Food was not exceptional but was not bad. Sauces very watery
