Buscaté Té de burbujas — Restaurant in Barcelona

Bubble tea, bubble waffle and lots of Asian variety? Look no further, you are in the right place.

Buscate Bubble Tea 找茶 is located on Carrer de Pau Claris in Barcelona - and is a true homage to everything that represents Asian culture, and especially South Korean.

The place is relatively small, but very welcoming. We were greeted by a queue that exceeded the block, given the amount of people curious about the space. It took us about twenty minutes to get in, but the whole wait was worth it.

With an impressive menu full of variety (tea with fruit, milk, fresh, frappé and other possibilities), we opted for something fresh, with fruit and flavoured bubbles. We looked with great interest at the edible menu, where we came across Poke Bowls, toast, eggs benedict, baos, ramen, fideo and Thai sausages. Of the ones we saw, all looked very good looking and we got a little hungry.

About the bubble tea we chose, it was very fresh and tasty, as we had intended at the time of our choice. The venue was hosting an event of the South Korean band BTS - and it was very nice to see the mutual help and friendship of all the people...

While i'm alittle late I finally remembered to write a review. I have never written a review before but when I filled up my punch card it was all they asked for in return. The guy even let me keep the card for my scrap book. 😭 When I tell you I have never like a tea place more. While I was only in Barcelona for a month I went almost everyday because it was right across from my school. The tea is awesome especially the fruit ones and I highly recommend the new icecream (taro is the best). They are super chill about you sitting in the cafe for as long as you want and the wifi is free. I really like the oreo milk drinks and the like cakes and mochi and nice too. Also when you fill up a punch card they let you try the claw machine for free. I lost but it's the thought...

I visited both buscate stores multiple times in the week I visited Barcelona. Overall I found store nowhere near as good as the other, however there is more of a “vibe” at this one. I got the Original milk tea with less sugar, less ice, and cheese cream each time. Rating breakdown as follows: milk tea: 4/5 (milk tea drink itself from this store was good, but I found the other buscate store was really really good) service was standard (3.5/5) long wait (10min the first visit and 20min the second time) (2/5) (I think they forgot my order one of the times - or at least they served more than 5 people who...
