365 | Pau Claris — Restaurant in Barcelona

They charged me € 3.10 for a double espresso (normal price 1.40), and did not give me a receipt, so I asked for one, which made the girl look really nervous. She gave me a receipt of a Cappucino XL. I went to the next 365 down the street, ordered the same thing, with some extra water for 1.70, I kept the receipt. I went back to the first one to talk to them. They refused to give me my money back, they refused to give me the number to the owner, and they took the two receipts!! Worst scam ever! Would not recommend this place to anyone! El sitio está bien con la excepción de que el personal no tiene vergüenza alguna. Fuimos una tarde a merendar y por desgracia a mi pareja se le cayó el bolso y el móvil en el sofá de color negro de dentro de la sala interior. Resulta que nos fuimos y al darnos cuenta de que el móvil no estaba volvimos y preguntamos a la camarera si había encontrado un móvil, y ella dijo que no. La pregunté por segunda vez si estaba segura y siguió diciendo que no. Como era un iPhone me tuve que ir a conectarme con la cuenta de iCloud a un ordenador para localizar el móvil y mi sorpresa no fue grande porque el móvil aparecía localizado en la Cafetería 365. Como no estábamos en la ciudad de Barcelona tuvo que ir la madre de mi pareja a pedirlo con tan mala suerte que ella se dejó el móvil en casa y los de la cafetería le dijo que llamará al móvil y si sonaba se lo devolvía y si no, pues nada. Imaginaros que no tiene batería, ¿como iba a sonar? Al final tuvo que volver a casa la madre de mi pareja recoger su móvil, volver al sitio y llamar al móvil para que se los dieran. Lo lamentable y penoso es que el móvil se tenía que haber entregado al momento que fuimos a por él, cosa que no pasó porque la camarera se lo quería quedar seguro pero le salió mal la jugada. Lamentable y denunciable. Jamás pisaré...

I liked this place alot, nice chilled vibe to work in (nice and spacious). Very understanding of my somewhat broken Spanish and everything came as ordered they do a terrific jambon bocadillo. However to warrant 5 stars I believe they'd need to upgrade service, i.e. greater range of choices regarding food, and flavoured juices.
