Zenzoo Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Barcelona

I want to say this about this shop. I came here to do Christmas with my Friends, because I study abroad and one of my friends from here, recommended me to go to a bubble shop. I never know there was anyone here. So I was happy to listen to it and when I went I was so much happy with the attention of the personal. So I went with my friends and we were so happy 😊 😊 with the workers, specially one girl I think she has red, or wine hair Her name is....Cris, I think, there's another one with black hair, and she is wearing glasses and there's another one with brown hair. I don't but the three of them were working but the person who attend me was that girl with red or wine hair. So everytime I went there I saw her or one of this girls. Even this girl with red or wine hair, I think she wore glasses she always ask us how we are , how we are doing and always with a Smile. Even on of my friend boy's is in luv with her. Because he told me he love her Smile. He says if she isn't there he wouldn't like to go again🤣🤣. So apart of that we are so happy and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Estamos supercontentas con el personal quería mencionar sobre todo a una chica llamada Cris o Cristina o yo que se, a otra con el pelo negro y que lleva gafas creo y a otra con el pelo castaño largo. Que casi coincido cuando están ellas, su atención al cliente es lo más, me escuchan y me dan a probar sus últimos sabores. Por parte de mis amig@s quería darle las gracias a las 3 por siempre darles información de cualquier duda con los Bubble teas. Y sobre todo la sonrisa que nos mostraron. No sé si mi español es el correcto, estoy utilizando el traductor. Jejeje. Muy feliz con ellas y si tuviera que dar una nota un top 10 por atención. Thanks for all your recommendation. We found this place randomly while we were walking around! We tried just one thing from the shop and it's Thai tea since I'm from Thailand I think the Thai tea here is pretty good! I like it we got normal sweet and it's perfect for me and my boyfriend.

I got the boba first time we drank it it was good and then we decided to go back again and the second time it was a bit bitter some of boba were good but some of them were bitter so idk why.

Also the first time we were there it was super busy like everyone just standing in front of the door also inside and outside so we wouldn't know who's waiting to get the drink or who's waiting to order.

We walked inside because there were some people in front of us wanted to order as well so we walked after them and then there was one staff started to yelled in Spanish asking everyone to stand outside and wait outside the shop. But we didn't order yet so we kept standing inside and wait after 2 people and then she started yelling in Spanish AGAIN and asked to go out so I asked a Spanish girl in front of me what she said. And the girl said she asked us to go out and wait to order. I mean what? Why? There were just 1 people was ordering and now you want everyone to leave and wait to come order? Yes for more people to cut the line? Because already some people cut the line because you kept telling everyone to go out.

And most of people from the shop are not Spanish so yelling all the time in Spanish won't help.

So yes your drinks are good but that staff there was...

I am a big boba lover and I have been going to zenzoo a few times a week for over three years. I even became the one and only customer of the month to be announced. I genuinely loved the place, but this year the employee rotation became crazy and most of them are just rude. Of course not all of them, some girls are incredibly nice and always make the drink how I like it, because I do have quite a weird taste, but that’s why I liked zenzoo, as they would always listen to me, even though usually people would not like the bitter drinks I get - I truly love them.

Now when I get asked about sugar levels, ice etc, I have to insist on my choice and sometimes the baristas make it with sugar anyways (sneaking it in) like I would not taste that - saying that it is impossible to make some drinks with no ice or with no sugar, which is not true as I have been drinking the same thing for years, so I have to ask for a remake (and then it suddenly becomes possible). And I really do not like to complain or to make a fuzz out of things, but I also don’t want to pay for a drink that I do not like, so I have to ask them to actually follow my preferences.

It is very sad for me to move to another shop, but I guess it became too popular to focus on loyal customers, rather that one time stoppers. And I like boba for the atmosphere and zenzoo is just not it anymore.
