Extremely expensive for the quality of the food and drinks they serve. We first tried the breakfast. They advertised Toast + Coffee for 2.2€, which was the reason we decided to have breakfast. I did ask for special toast, which included Serrano Ham, olive oil and tomato, which was 2.5€. No sign of ham whatsoever. I thought they made a mistake and they didn’t charge me but they did.

As advertised, we should have paid 6.2€ (Two breakfast deals 2.2€ + 2.5€ and an orange juice 1.5€) My husband went to pay while I was receiving a phone call. When I asked him how much it was he said 9.60€. Shocking! Apparently the coffees were charged separately. No point of advertising a menu deal if you don’t apply it. A complete RIP- OFF.

The thing doesn’t end up there, we went the same day for lunch as we were desperate for lunch so we just popped back for lunch (better the devil you know) the staff was really efficient but the food was horrible. 8€ for a pizza Margarita that it was a frozen 4 cheese pizza!! Do not trust the pictures!!! We ordered nachos and the only decent thing was the guacamole. The cheddar sauce they advertised it was 3 pieces of cold melted cheese.

Not recommendable at all. Maybe they treat locals nicely but they try to rip - off...

I loved it here! I was brought here on a lunch date and had an amazing time. My girlfriend swears by their chicken sandwich, and I got their caesar salad - the best one I've ever tasted. I loved the amount of croutons in it and the chicken was so juicy, tender, and flavourful, it was absolutely perfect. We both had a coffee frappé which was also really nice - not particularly unique or outstanding but as pleasant as I'd hoped it'd be. Our bill came to only 32€ for this + some water which was great and really affordable for me (a student with a Saturday job, so not a high income at all) which was a big relief. The servers and staff didn't mind at all that I don't speak Spanish (much to my dismay - I'm very ashamed to speak to servers in English, I feel very selfish for doing so) and were perfectly happy to address me specifically in English and my girlfriend in Spanish as and when it was required. The atmosphere was really nice and comfy, seating was really easy to relax into and I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. I'd really love to come back here next time I'm in the...

Their service is simply horrible and the waiters have absolutely no respect for the customers. We and 2 other tables waited for 30 minutes and still no one came to ask for our orders even though I went inside and told them that we’ve been waiting outside for a long time!! The waiter kept saying that I should talk to the waitress because he’s only responsible for the inside area of the café even though he would get orders from other tables outside who had just arrived!! And when I asked the waitress she said: “tell the other waiter” !! I’m aware of how difficult it can be to work as a waiter especially on a Saturday in Madrid, but if they can’t handle the job it’s better that you get new or more staff because obviously 2 people for that many...

As a tourist we were treated very well, as the staff’s English was limited. They were lovely and we got there in the end. We ordered tea and it was very well presented in a tall cup with a china lid to keep the water warm. When lifted off, it was a holder for the used teabag. Clever. Bathrooms were spotless and seating available in and out. 40° today and they had the European water-spray mist to keep us cool.

The worst service and food. Ordered a fresh food bowl for €7. Received a bowl with expired brown smelly pineapple and blueberries that had mold. The several wouldn't come check on me even though I made eye contact multiple times. It seems like they knew what they served and were hoping I wouldn't complain. When I brought up the issue, the server didn't bother to apologize and refused to remove it from the bill.
