Meh food, long waiting time, unfriendly staff.

Either need to hire more staff or train their staff better. We were ordering and three of the items we wanted were sold out so we were looking at the menu, my sister was still talking to the waiter when he walked away without saying anything. He came back later and took our order.

We got the drinks and they tasted like cheap drinks. My sister got all of her three dishes quite quickly but 25 minutes later she has finished eating and I still didn't get mine. (Medallions and Caesar salad) I tried to get the attention of the waiter since people who ordered after me got their food already but there's no one who pays attention. Finally I got his attention, said sorry and all he said was "moment" went to the kitchen and I spent more minutes not knowing what's happening since he never told me what was the deal. I got the attention of another waiter who seemed friendly only to certain customers and he finally brought me the food two minutes later. Didn't even say sorry, nothing. It's like those people are punished to work there. The working atmosphere doesn't seem great there so it's probably the fault of whoever is the owner there. After this bad experience they didn't offer us a discount, nothing. Unthinkable back in Iceland where I live. You don't treat a customer this way and don't even offer an apology.

So many other restaurants in Madrid, would never go there again even for free. Find another place for...

We had wine and a paella. The wine was fantastic. The food was very bad! The paella was not freshly cooked, there was no seafood in the dish! We asked to change it or replace it with something else. We were told that they could not do anything, and we had to pay for it and it didn't matter what the food condition was. We asked to speak to a manager…. One of the waiters came after our 4th request, saying they he is the manager. However, he didn't speak any English, and the rest of the staff were barely speaking English. Consequently, we wanted to pay our bill but without the paella. We were told that if we didn't pay for the paella, the police were about to be called. We agreed for the police to come, and we waited while drinking our nice wine. In the end, no police came, we got the bill without the bad dish included! In general, we were spoken to with no respect at all! was a very frustrating experience. Just to mention the paella was 40£! Do...

We thought this was a very nice place to get a bite to eat. Wrong, it took the waiter 15 minutes to take our order. We got our drinks first, but never got our food. We waited 90 minutes for food that never came. We paid for the drinks, and left only to walk a few blocks and get it two slices of pizza. You know service is bad and organization is horrendous, when you see the waiters arguing with the Chef and food orders, being return back to the kitchen three times because, they’re wrong. Plus there is a 10% additional charge for the atrium. It’s on the bottom of the menu. Drinks were about the only thing they got right. I guess when you are distracted by Real Madrid football on the big screen things come to a...

One of the worst places in Madrid.. I had to seat myself after waitress was just ignoring several people, took him a while to serve drinks and never came back to get our food order.. we had to go to the bar to pay.. and.....regardless.. menu was eclectic with such items as tex mex nachos.. nothing looked appealing.. way out of place in Madrid, that with a very slow service... is a bad combo where options are countless.. they need to improve it all or it will fade.
