Food is decent but service is terrible, I don’t recommend this place.

We asked for a table around 5pm for some tapas and beers, and the older waiter told us that we couldn’t have a seat unless we ordered at least 3 tapas or 2 mains (we were two people).

It was very weird to us, especially considering that many tables were free and all the seated customers were only drinking, no one was actually eating.

We asked another waiter and he told us to not listen to his colleague, and to have a seat, but in a rude manner.

When we took a seat we waited around 10 minutes for someone to take our order. In the end the older waiter came and was extremely rude, not even looking at us, and pushing us to order more food.

When the order came they brought us the patatas bravas, which were ok, but didn’t bring the olives that we asked. We never got them.

Also, at some point while eating the waiter came and took the outdoor heater from us to give it to another table of customers who just arrived, without saying anything.

I did NOT order bread, but they charged me for 2 servings of bread. Yet, that's not the worst. The worst is that they didn't even bring me any bread AT ALL! I didn't notice that they had overcharged me for nothing until later, when I looked at the itemized check. Too late. The women's restrooms had a broken lock, so I used them at my own risk, but I had to go. Oh well. The food per se was just okay. In this kind of establishment, you pay for the location, not for the food, which I already knew, but getting charged for something I didn't order and they didn't even give me is not acceptable. If you are a visitor, I would recommend coming to this block for the indie theater, not for the food. Most hospitality businesses on the perimeter look like tourist traps. Too...

ATENCIÓN Y TRATO INDIGNO en pleno siglo XXI. Comportamiento violento recibido por parte de uno de los camareros, INDIFERENCIA por parte de TODO el resto de personal que no hacía NADA. SE AGREDIÓ EN REPETIDAS OCASIONES a una de las personas que íbamos, llegando casi a tirarlo al suelo. En cuanto se puso uno de ellos agresivo, se grabó todo el desarrollo de la situación por miedo a que esta fuera a más, y menos mal porque si no a saber que habría podido pasar. Se pagó religiosamente todo el importe de la cuenta. Éramos un grupo de 20 personas y cada uno fue pagando conforme se iba yendo. El camarero que nos atendía estaba llevando todas las cuentas. En el momento en que nos fuimos los últimos comensales que quedábamos, faltaban por pagar 120 € de un total de 220 € a que ascendía el importe total. Se abonó toda la cantidad que nos requirieron y nos fuimos. Estábamos esperando que nos recogiera un taxi cuando de repente aparece el camarero que nos atendía diciendo que faltaba dinero. Le pedimos explicaciones ya que habíamos estado con él durante más de 20 minutos para abonar todo lo que faltaba por pagar y él había comprobado más de 3 veces que el importe total se correspondía con lo pagado, no sabe decirnos nada y de repente llega un compañero suyo que usa la fuerza desde el segundo 1. No hemos pasado más miedo en nuestra vida, este camarero empieza a agredir a una persona de las que estábamos y el resto de sus compañeros no hace nada ante su comportamiento. Nosotros no somos capaces de separar al camarero para que parara de agredirlo y lo grabamos todo por miedo a que fuera a más. Se les pide en múltiples ocasiones que nos justifiquen por qué de repente faltan por abonar 17 euros, no saben decirnos nada y únicamente repiten una y otra vez que falta dinero y que les paguemos con aires amenazantes. No saben justificar esta repentina falta y aterrados decidimos pagarles para poner fin a esta terrible situación. Por fin llega la policía, ante las pruebas aportadas esta le indica a nuestro compañero agredido que está en todo su derecho de denunciar. Le toman los datos a él y al camero que le ha agredido.
