EatMyTrip Gran Via - Specialty Coffee & Brunch Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

Today we had brunch with our family at Eat My Trip, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We’re traveling with a large group, and we’ve noticed that many restaurants struggle to accommodate us, but this team went above and beyond.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. The food was phenomenal, every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to our waitress Ale, who had an amazing personality and such a calm, friendly temperament that made us feel like we were dining at home around our own kitchen table. Also, huge thanks to our waiter Simon and to Lorena, the manager, who truly set the bar high with their professionalism and warmth.

Even with the challenges of serving a large group, the staff remained calm, collected, and treated us with such care. This is hospitality at its finest. I would highly recommend visiting Eat My Trip for not only the amazing food but also the outstanding team that makes the experience...

We had a wonderful experience at Eat My Trip – Gran Vía! Our waitress, Alessandra, was simply amazing—she went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. We all tried the pancakes (Canadian and American) and the French toast, and everything was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. To top it off, we even received special drinks, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was great and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great breakfast .

If you’re in Madrid, this is an absolute must-try! We can’t wait...

I found this brunch restaurant to be a very nice visit, hidden away from the noise and chaos a few blocks down.

The only 2 ladies in store were very friendly and welcoming.

Being only 2 and 70% to capacity, the service was a bit slow, not to my liking.

I however got their attention to order and the pancakes were served quite quickly.

It looked very yummy, and indeed as I took the first bite, it was as it looked.

The cost was a little steep as well.

They have a large menu for all kinds of eaters,...
