McDonald's — Restaurant in Madrid

It was a zoo late hours took 1 hour to get our orders and security guard acted like the food was free and we were refugees. He kept pushing guys away to bring beautiful teenager girls to front of the line to peek down their Taylor swift concert outfits. It was gross he yelled at a lady who sat down because she was feeling dizzy in the heat because woman was over 25 and dressed a bit frumpy. What a joke this place would be burned down in ISA if treated customers so disrespectful. Also they keep screaming the numbers not in an order but 98 , 12 , 76, 55 etc the screen was broke had numbers in thousands , so you had to wait in the crown under the watchful eye of the guard. It was a comedy show I am just disgusted and saddened that an American brand is so molested by Madrilenos after paying many people left so the workers keep announcing those bags that were not claimed . Finally when the closing approached all of the prepared hamburgers miraculously appeared along with the manager who was hiding all along until the closing time hated every minute of it. The service at this McDonald’s is by far the worst among all the ones I’ve visited worldwide. We ordered a bunch of food around midnight, and when we went to the counter to pick up our order, I wanted to grab two more packets of ketchup. This has never been a problem at any other McDonald’s before, as I’m just grabbing two more instead of twenty. The woman who works at the counter immediately took away the ketchup basket and kept saying “no” as if I were robbing her purse. I was so confused and offered to pay for the extra by pointing at my wallet, but she stared at me and kept yelling “no.” I guess it’s a policy at this McDonald’s that you can’t get extra ketchup no matter how much you spend, even if you offer to pay. This is by far the most beautiful McDonalds i have visited, the one at "La Gran Via in Madrid. Amazing marble floors, the stairs to the second floors are really pretty, it looks like one of those stairs in a Mansion or even a castle, excellent attention from all staff, and fast service getting the orders out, i got mine in 5 minutes. The place is spot clean, and a staff member is always cleaning all areas where the customers are eating. The view of "La Gran Via" from the second floor is just amazing. In addition, like almost all McDonalds here in Madrid, you will find a "Mc Cafè Shop" which is a Coffee Bar inside the Mc Donals where you can get a latte, Capuccino, Cafe con Leche, Cortadito, and have some delicious desserts. Be aware that this Mc Donalds is in a prime location so is always packed with tons of people from everywhere, so it is not exactly a place to relax, never quiet. I Love ...
