Pink’s!! — Restaurant in Madrid

The place offers very tasty burgers. They only offered 1 type of burger (at least at the time I visited), but it was really tasty. Upon that you can get fries and a selection of soft drinks.

The only thing that bothered me is the staff. I guess, that’s because the place is fairly new, but there were too much people working there and the waiting time was too long. We waited for like 15-20 minutes to get our burger and 2 portions of fries after we ordered (which is a lot for a take out place).

Too many staff workers tried juggling around, but it seemed like they didn’t really figure out what they were doing. But again, this may be because of their lack of experience there. Hopefully, they will figure out soon.

The burger tasted good, however, as for my taste, the fries was a little too salty. But I think you can ask them to put less salt in it, if this matters to you.

We ate it at a nearby benches right down the street. But they don’t have any tables outside, so if you want to lunch right there you have to see where you will be comfortable seating.

Phenomenal.. read more for details. This place is a walk up-and order to-go kind of burger joint, which was great because we were staying across the street. My companions and I are from America, and no one appreciates a good burger more than us. Being your typical Americans, our expectations were not high because "who could possibly make a better burger than an American restaurant".... Pinks.. that's who. Their smash-style burgers were some of the best we have ever had, and I've been to 10 countries and have tried burgers in most of them. Additionally, apparently they do not use gluten at all which i did not know at the time and could not tell. The buns did not have anything wrong with them. Everything we ordered was cooked to order, the staff was extremely pleasant and kind, the price was exceptional, and the wait was minimal. ❌❌ TLDR: waited 35 minutes for my meal, had to remind the staff twice

I ordered a cheese burger meal and waited 25 minutes for my burger. Had to remind the staff when I saw customers who placed their order after me get their burgers first. And that was just the burger.

They forgot about my fries as well and I waited another 10 minutes. To be fair the staff members were sorry and offered to provide me with a Nutella burger as compensation but I was too peeved off for it.

Saw at least 20 glovo orders ahead of me and 3 different sets of customers get their food before mine.

Burger altogether was probably a 7/10 but the experience made it a solid 4/10. Pricing is ont be expensive side.

If they had some stools it would have made the wait a lot less irritating and frustrating. Not sure why this basic...
