The timely service at our table was satisfactory, and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The music was played by a really good DJ good vibes & good volume to still enjoy food & talk. I also had the pleasure of meeting Natasha, the manager, who exuded warmth and enthusiasm.

The hostesses and the floor manager displayed a lack of professionalism that greatly impacted our overall experience. Despite having a reservation, we were left waiting outside in the cold rain for a disconcerting 20 minutes with no updates on the status of our table. This lack of communication was disheartening. To make matters worse, I had the unfortunate experience of overhearing the floor manager speaking disparagingly about my friends and I while we were seated nearby.

As someone who works in customer service, I was genuinely shocked by this unprofessionalism and, consequently, left deeply disappointed.
