Had a meal in this place which was fine. Thought one of the young waiters looked a bit funny walking about with his collar of his coat turned up. passed this comment to my wife. Anyway the bill came for 74 Euros, i counted out four twenty Euro Bills and slipped them into the leather wallet. My wife asked me how much i was giving him and i showed her the four twenties actually spread out in the leather wallet. The guy with the coat and collar came and took away the wallet. A couple of minutes later he arrived back at our table with three twenty Euro notes and a five euro note and told me i had given him the wrong money. I was amazed and looked at him, but he kept to his story of the wrong money being presented. A five euro note is a lot smaller than a twenty and there was no way this had happened. But there were customers sitting around my table and i did not want to create a scene so i give him another Twenty Euros. This was obviously a scam which i think he has done before, I am 71 years of age still working still with my wits about me. I hope my review puts other customers on their guard about payment in this restaurant. i will never step over its doorstep again and i hope this scam bits him back it really spoilt my short 3 day break in Palma. Do not visit this restaurant especially if you are in the UK. We were permitted to take our seats, settle in, place our bags down, and order drinks, only to be confronted in front of a crowded restaurant and informed that we had to leave because it was not a drinks-only establishment—despite the absence of any signage indicating such a policy. The management, displaying a lack of courtesy, sent a poor waitress to convey this decision. I have resolved to do everything within my power to inform others to steer clear of this establishment and to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere. It is utterly disgraceful to subject a family to such humiliation during the day. I intend to file a formal complaint with the Spanish authorities, with the support of my family members who are residents. How dare you treat patrons in this manner? Your dining conditions should be clearly communicated, or staff should inquire whether guests wish to order food or drinks before escorting them to a table. I urge everyone to avoid this place. Dieses Restaurant wurde uns empfohlen - leider ein kompletter Reinfall.

Nachdem wir zwei Cola Zero bestellt hatten, wurde uns italienisches Brot mit Olivenöl und Oliven serviert. Abgesehen davon, dass das Brot nun nicht besonders gut geschmeckt hat, kam die Überraschung zum Schluss.

Wir hatten uns beide für Tagliatelle Alfredo (mit Parmesan-Creme) entschieden. Das Essen kam und meine Cola Zero war leer, somit bestellte ich beim Essenservieren gleich eine neue.

Angerichtet war die Tagliatelle in einem Pastateller - nichts Besonderes. Helle Nudeln, helle Soße, heller Teller. Keine Akzente in Form von Cocktailtomaten, Lauchzwiebeln, o.ä. Schlichtweg lieblos !!! Leider waren die Nudeln, bei dem anscheinenden hippen Italiener, auch kein kulinarisches Highlight und das für 12,-€ pro Portion - wobei ich sicherlich nicht knauserig bin.

Nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten, verlangte ich nach der Rechnung und war gespannt, ob diese zwei oder drei Cola Zero aufweisen wird. Meine zweite Cola Zero wurde mir dann, nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten und bereits die Rechnung verlangt hatten, serviert. Kurz danach kam dann auch die Rechnung.

Vorher musste ich allerdings noch sehen, wie einem anderen Gast, anscheinend häufiger dort zu Gast, der Parmesan frisch auf seine Tagliatelle Alfredo gegeben wurde.... Komisch, wir drei - meine Begleitung & ich und der andere Herr - hatten das identische Gericht bestellt.

Wie schon oben geschrieben, erwartete uns dann die Überraschung ! Das nicht wirklich besonders gut schmeckende italienische Brot mit den Oliven stand mit auf der Rechnung für 1,90 € pro Person !!!! Kein Wort im Vorfeld, keine Anmerkung in der Karte, nichts ! Das war / ist echt eine Frechheit.

Die Rechnung wieß dann 37,40€ auf, die ich auch anstandslos bezahlt habe, ohne auch nur einen Cent Trinkgeld zu geben.

Der Fokus der Bedienung lag den Abend schlichtweg auf den Rolex-Trägern, die wohl häufiger in den Genuss des italienischen, bezahlbaren Brotes kommen.

Meiner Meinung nach: absolut keine Empfehlung !!!!

Noch etwas in eigener Sache: Ich bezahle gern mehr Geld für hochwertige Speisen und einen guten Service. Aber überteuert und dann noch nicht mal eine adäquate Leistung, nervt mich total. Deswegen auch meine erste (!)...
