PLANT SHACK Santa Catalina — Restaurant in Palma

Vegan food that was good. Ambience was good. Parking was plenty (December end) and on street. Service can be better as they missed items from our order twice which added to the delay in getting the food. It was only when they came to ask us is there anything else we want that they came to know that they missed our item then when they prepared and we gave one more order.. One more item from that was missing. The place was not full else we would have understood on missing the orders but anyways the food was delicious and we enjoyed the Rainbow bread, Chai latte, the smoothies and the desert all were good....

I was put off by the fact that I was asked to leave a tip through the iPad payment system. It’s not a sit down restaurant so service should be included. It’s awkward to have the employee watch as you decide whether to give them a tip or select “no tip” at the bottom of the screen. I didn’t feel like tipping on an €8.90 smoothie, at that price, adequate compensation should be built in. The smoothie I ordered was very tasty but it was dyed a very unnatural blue and I would have much preferred that no...

Fantastic little plant based cafe in a great location! I was passing by whilst walking the dogs and it looked really nice and the staff were so accommodating allowing the dogs inside also, so very friendly! It wasn’t a planned stop so I only got a drink and the chocolate protein smoothie was exceptional! I could see other people’s food and it all looked delicious- I can’t wait to go back - a real gem in the heart of Santa Catalina - Big thank you and appreciation to the staff for being so friendly...
