XO Bruncherie — Restaurant in Palma

Needs to get the detail right! This is a perfectly placed restaurant and should be a goldmine, however there are a few things letting it down that make the overall experience a little painful. The service was quite slow from the off and we waiting quite some time for menus and drinks. The food for the 2 of us took an AGE! There was no explanation for the delay while we waited and a quick apology upon delivery. I think the apology was brief as we heard so many while we waited it became awkward. 2 patrons left as they were not attended to and another table were constantly trying for attention and to receive their food.
