We never received our food. Avoid this place if you’re actually hungry or on any kind of schedule.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to the airport, our last morning in Mallorca. It wasn’t our first choice, but the nearby restaurant we planned to visit was closed despite showing as open on Google.

There was no host at the entrance, so we asked a passing waitress if we could sit. Without looking up, she said yes. Our waiter brought menus quickly, and we placed our order soon after. Drinks arrived promptly, and everything seemed fine, until our waiter disappeared. We assumed his shift had ended.

We waited. And waited. Other guests who arrived after us began receiving their food, but we never got ours. With time running short before our airport transfer, we asked another server if we could have our order to go. He responded with an annoyed expression and asked, “What did you order?”

We repeated it. He checked his device, said nothing, and walked away. He briefly conferred with the original waitress, then headed toward the kitchen, again without acknowledging us.

We stopped him and asked once more about our food. He simply shook his head. No apology. No explanation. Nothing.

We understand mistakes happen. Orders get lost, people forget things. it happens. But the most frustrating part was that no one took any responsibility or even acknowledged that something had gone wrong. Not one word.

We left, assuming at the very least our drinks would be comped. Instead, five minutes later, the same waiter followed us outside and insisted we return to the restaurant to pay for the juices. We explained our taxi was en route and we couldn’t miss our flight. He continued to demand payment.

It felt like the food was stale. The rice with salmon was overcooked and too much dry from being reheated. The potatoes under the octopus were definitely from an old batch. The gyozas were also warm from being reheated in the microwave, although the filling seemed homemade. The waiter did not respond to our comments. The restaurant's interior and prices are typical for the city. On average, it costs €40 per person...

Praise for the chef – the food was delicious. I give it 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, a big downside is the service, which shows disregard for the customer. The waitress was not interested in the customer's order. You have to remind her, and the waittime is very long.
