Amazing food! It was kind of a funny experience because I felt like I was in Italy at first, because the service was a bit slow. It turned out that the owner was having some major issues with some of his delivery services. He apologised and then was absolutely perfect from then on, bringing the kids Margarita pizza’s quickly and the today’s special, lasagna - which was the best I’ve had outside of Italy!

Elegimos este lugar con gran ilusión, guiados por las buenas reseñas y con ganas de probar una auténtica experiencia italiana. Lamentablemente, desde que entramos, la atmósfera no acompañó: nos ubicaron en una sala grande y vacía, que carecía de la calidez y el ambiente que un restaurante italiano debe tener.

Para nuestra cena, pedimos dos pizzas. Quiero destacar que la calidad del tomate y la mozzarella era excelente, lo que es un punto muy positivo. No obstante, la masa fue una gran decepción; estaba dura, le faltaba fermentación y resultaba difícil de masticar. A esto se le añadió que la cerveza estaba caliente, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más decepcionante.

Como chef y profesional del sector hotelero, me entristece ver cómo un negocio con tanto potencial está perdiendo clientes por detalles que se pueden mejorar. Hay una gran diferencia entre los ingredientes y la ejecución, y el potencial de este lugar es enorme si se le presta la atención necesaria.

Espero volver en el futuro y ver que han hecho un cambio de mentalidad y un esfuerzo para mejorar. Estoy seguro de que este restaurante puede...

I lived in Palma for a year now. Hands down the best pizza in Palma (I am Italian I take Pizza very seriously). The meticulous attention for the quality of the ingredients and the short menu allow to deliver gourmet dishes for surprising good value.
