In Basel, I ordered the Chicken Pho, which was delicious. It is cooked with tender chicken thigh (tenderness, of any protein, is something I rate very highly) and although this is self-serve, requiring you to order and pick-up at counter, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant and outside dining area are clean with great atmosphere.
Restaurant is also close to public transportation in several directions and also close to city centre, which is within walking distance at about 10 minutes down hill.

I've only had several takeouts over the past months, but without having seen inside the kitchen it seems as tho the food falls prey to looking healthy whilst being flavoured with the sorts of sauces that are pumped full of preservatives E-numbers and flavour enhancers.
This being the case, ostensibly healthy looking food is actually not quite so.
