Hotel Kreuz + Post — Restaurant in Grindelwald

The server was friendly in that she kept saying she’d be right with us—but instead, she repeatedly took orders and served others who arrived after us. We waited over 30 minutes without anyone taking our order, while other tables were helped right away. A woman even came in, had a glass of wine, and left, all while we still hadn’t been acknowledged beyond vague reassurances.

We ended up leaving and had a much better experience down the street....

This is definitely one of my top 3 favorite restaurants we visited in Switzerland! The mac and cheese with caramelized onion was hands down the best pasta we had during our trip—so flavorful and perfectly seasoned.
