The sirloin I ordered medium rare was well done. No pink on it at all. My wife's sausage was okay but that is hard to mess up. The potatoes were undercooked. The meal was 60 USD for a 7oz sirloin that was advertised as locally sourced and high quality. I have had better steaks at Texas roadhouse as it was very tough and they only gave me a butter knife to cut into it. Service was okay but they asked for a tip after including a service charge. Also we were charged for mineral water when we only had tap. The beer was good and the location was good as it had a great view but there were flies everywhere as others have mentioned.
