Yooji's — Restaurant in Lucerne

0/10 service the cashier right there is so rude and unfriendly, not worth eating there, if you are starving and is craving asian food this is the worst place you could go to. ALSO SERVICE, the staff is so rude, the girl cashier right there is rude and annoying and unfriendly and when i wanted to return a box of sushi she didnt want to remove it from the check so i was forced to pay because of some rude cashier who doesn't want to return my box of sushi. also if you want to eat on their tables you have to pay 🤡 i bought sushi take away and wanted to eat outside, on their outside tables and the rude cashier girl came up to me again telling me to leave or else to pay. Also the sushi and anything else than sushi is soo expensive and taste bad and not good quality at all. Also if yoojis banhof luzern seeing this go kick that girl cashier out she is rude with customers. Im not gonna lie just walk to coop and buy coop sushi they better than yoojis sushi. Because 12 to 40 CHF for a box of sushi that doesn't even taste good at all isnt worth it, even coop sushi better than these, im not being stingy or anything i dont have a problem paying 12 chf for a box of sushi but atleast let it be worth 12 chf my last comment just kick the yoojis...

0% would recommend. On 5/15/25 around 7 pm we came in excited and the cashier was incredibly rude. He asked whether we wanted to take out or eat there. We originally said take away, and prior to paying within 10 seconds we asked if we could actually eat there. The cashier rolled his eyes, and then when he asked us if we would like our food warmed up, we replied yes please, and he scoffed at us. Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. Do not come here. The owner of this place should look into who they hire to represent the shop. Save yourself time and energy by going somewhere else....

They were really rude when we politely gave feedback regarding the fact that all their chicken soups are spicy. They don’t say that in their menu anywhere and my mother is allergic so her mouth got swollen and numb.
