It was a good experience to wake up in the morning and start the day with a nice coffee from a coffee shop in your backyard, in a very pleasant and quiet garden. I had no problems with communication, they responded immediately. In my opinion, the negative aspects of this hotel (particularly in room 02); The ventilation of the inner room is inadequate, the bathroom and its drain need attention, too much air freshener is used throughout the house, causing it to be a stuffy, smelly place and increasing the existing bad smell exponentially. !!! Bed: A bed that feels like a raised mat on an MDF board. Just as we got used to sleeping on a hard bed in this region, we also experienced the hardness of the solid floor :) After the 3 nights we stayed, we did not have any pain due to the place we slept on, so we thought maybe this is a Korean tradition. Apart from these, its location, atmosphere and facilities are more than sufficient, it just needs a...

As I was walking by this location, I saw they were advertising a diy workshop on recycling plastics. I was interested and stopped in to inquire. A table was set up for the diy, and I joined in! I ordered a hot cappuccino, which was delicious, as I worked on my recycled plastic piece with instructions by the sweet Thai girl. First, plastic bottle caps had to be cut into small pieces, then gathered between 2 sheets of wax or baking paper, then place a hot iron over the covered plastic for a minute, lift and repeat, until the plastic pieces are flattened. Next you draw on the flattened plastic whatever you want (I drew my recent bracelet tattoo the best I could), then you cut out what you have drawn, put a hole in with an awl and hang a chain through the hole ... it's now ready to dangle from your bag! I really enjoyed this diy and am thrilled with my piece! Thank you Weekday Coffee & Bar...I will return! Highly...

Not private, you're in the back garden of a cafe with no separation.

Pop music blasting through bedroom walls by 7.30/8 EVERY morning until 5/6pm.

Someone sweeping the stones outside the bedroom window at 7/8am.

Cafe customers using sink in the front garden and looking right into the bedroom window.

Staff turn the flood lights on while you're watching a storm (in your rented garden) and then walk off leaving them on. I turn back off so I can see the lightning. They turn back on.

Any complaints made was met with 'oh sorry' but then next day the same thing.

I appreciate that they are running a business there (the cafe) but I am on holiday and I rented a PRIVATE room with garden not a room in the middle of a cafe with an open to the public...

A newly opened café near the southeast corner of Old Town, Weekday Coffee is jumping on the Korean hype train with a vibe full of s(e)oul 😅 The environment is polished cement throughout and while other reviews show a nice garden in the back, it was under renovation when we visited. My americano was good but nothing to write home about and in a town of a million cafés, I hope they are able to further develop their profile to really stand out. Definitely giving the benefit of the doubt however as they are new, and I'll surely be back again.
