I found this bakery café just looking at Google Maps. I decided to visit right away because I'm always happy to taste and add new places to my booknote. I took a Grab and told myself let's go! Upon arrival, the waitress was quite unfriendly not even smiling. I asked for a beef burger but had to change for it was unavailalble. I took a chicken burger instead. I won't try again. It was tasteless. I'm not even sure it was chicken. After that poor meal, I ordered a hot cappuccino and a butter croissant. I had seen on Maps that the baker was French. I had high hopes but I was deceived once again. The croissant was a little bit salty but the cappuccino disgusting. I didn't finish it. The guy next to me aswell. I bought also one Lodeve bread, one classic kouign aman and one "chausson aux pommes" (I quote). Both are quite good especially the second one but far too sweet. On the contrary, the bread is terrible. It was my diner along with true French butter and smoked ham from Sloane. The top of it? Customers were working when I stepped in. After I sat, the employees turned on the music. I though: "Unbelievable!"
I won't go again. According to me, it doesn't worth it. If customers think bread is good, they don't know...

Customers are expected to order at the cashier—which is acceptable—but #1 the cashier should greet the restaurant’s customers (a friendly greeting and a smile) and not curtly ask “What you want?” The first impression was unwelcoming. #2 Two identical meals (2 standard breakfasts (fried eggs++)) should not arrive at the table nearly ten minutes apart. #3 The quality of the food: while the eggs were cooked correctly, the accompanying items (fried sausage, potatoes) arrived undercooked and cold. The plastic packet of jam on the plate had commingled with the food which is blatantly unhygienic. The coffee was not terrible. So, 1 star for the excellent bread and, since a different cashier at least said “Thank you” upon our departure, 1 star for basic service. anyway I went for ordering to counter and then came back to the table but the table was still not clean so I went to counter again to ask to get a wipe to do myself.
When I explain that to counter, the irritating staff cut into and said "I said just a minute" but i said to counter lady "She is up setting" then she said "I'm not upset!!"
hahaha She was. She was definitely showed me annoying face when i asked to wipe the table.
I really don't understand she doesnt know which has to be done first. clean the table that customer have gone or clean the table immediately for a waiting customer.. that simple is that hey?
