THE COFFEE CLUB — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

The staff at this particular branch are unprofessional and this should be handled by the owners. Not only do they forget drinks orders, they are noisy, and aren't well trained. They struggled to provide a customer with his correct change. It then took all 6 staff members to fix one problem while we waited and waited to order.

The one staff member asked me if I wanted the bill. I said that I would like to order more drinks. He told me to wait a moment and then never came back to take my drinks order after I eventually went back to my table.

Throughout our time there the restaurant wasn't very busy (I can see why). There weren't many customers, but the staff walked around the restaurant video chatting loudly on their phones and they often shouted across the restaurant to each other. None of them bothered to check on us at all. I am simply baffled by how management would allow this to happen and how drastically the quality of The Coffee Club brand has fallen over the past year or two.

When we eventually decided to pay our bill, there was an extra bottle of water added on. When we pointed this out, the staff just stood around talking to eachother and not addressing us first. It took quite a while for one staff member to stand up and come over to chat with the others about the problem. It got to the point where I had to ask them if this was going to take long, and proceeded to ask them why their service is so terrible (which I almost NEVER do). We were polite and patient from the start until it became impossible not to get annoyed

I wouldn't recommend dining at this branch of The Coffee...

Stepping into Coffee Club in Bangkok before lunchtime felt like discovering a quiet urban sanctuary. With its spacious, uncrowded seating and welcoming atmosphere, this café proved to be the perfect spot for a peaceful coffee break.

The coffee here is excellent – I ordered a cappuccino that was rich, velvety, and expertly brewed, with just the right balance of espresso and creamy foam. The menu also offers a variety of other coffee choices, from strong Americanos to refreshing iced lattes, all served with consistent quality.

What really stood out was the ambience – the café has a clean, modern design with comfortable seating, warm lighting, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The pre-lunch lull made it even more enjoyable, as I could sit back, sip my coffee, and even get some work done without distractions. The background music was subtle, adding to the laid-back vibe.

Service was friendly and efficient – the staff were attentive without being intrusive, and my order arrived quickly. The café also offers a selection of light bites and pastries, though I stuck with just coffee this time.

If you're looking for a casual, quiet café in Bangkok to enjoy great coffee in a relaxed setting, Coffee Club is a fantastic choice—especially if you visit in the late morning before the lunch crowd arrives. A simple, satisfying coffee experience...

So came here to wait for a friend of mine we were going for dinner in this exact same street and I decided to stop here for a coffee and do some work!

I ordered the coffee at the counter and to my surprise when the bill came they added the 10% gratuity service charge to my bill and I thought why am I being charged at 10% gratuity when I’m going to the counter I’m picking up my coffee and why am I not given the option to give them a tip rather than being enforced !

That was a huge turn off for me so I’m not sure if all coffee clubs do it around Bangkok but if they do I don’t think I would actually return to a coffee club !

It’s not about the 10% it’s just about the principal that they don’t give you a choice! Huge turn off !

I like sitting here and I enjoyed the coffee and the staff are all smiley and everything like that and I feel bad that they have to charge a 10% tip for you going to the counter and getting your coffee and not being served !
