Sui Sian — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Subdistrict

The food is good, the staff is good. But reason why I rate only 2 star cause the food came veryyyy slow!!!

I ordered food first round around 11.30 am, the food came not altogether. Then I ordered second round, then wait for 1 hour! Why it's too slow? After recall with the staff for more than 5 times the food from second round comes all and I still didn't got the first round order yet.

Until I checked bill, the food from first round just came(which I recall with the staff more than 5 times), again not come all like I had order but I dont want to eat anymore.

I know it's crowded but I come early and I've wait patiently. Table who came after me already ate and gone. I had been called for my order till last minute and still didn't get it all. I don't know why they not give attention and left my table like that, made my family who come here for the first time had very bad experience. I never met hotel experience this bad.

WE WONT COME BACK HERE.

I never rate any restaurant this low even if I don't like food but I think they really need to see this feedback for improving their service or system and for other to not face same bad...

My partner and I, make any decisions for any DimSum restaurants some where is good in Bangkok and convenient friendly access. Then it was showing up this restaurant.

Food: it is incredible test and ingredients. Am not a big fan of Chinese food. However the DimSum menu really interesting foe me as of varieties of food to choose. We were ordered many dishes but not the whole menu. We were ordered just the one want to eat. Shrimp 🍤 menu as of ingredients really good and size of each Shrimps really big one for one bite. All ingredients were fresh and really tasty with good skills of cooking process. It was really nice presentation in each nest . The food in each menu that we aet really delicious and yummy. Excellent choice of ingredients. Especially the special menu that need to ordered is. Wonton fried with cheese 🧀 really meet and over expectations. Really good meals for our lunch.

Service: Excellent as of Hotel culture service. Can't comment.

The food was not yummy my ha gaw shrimp was raw and the peking duck is not done well. The buffet area was all cold so was the fried food. The server did not explain and speak clearly I did not understand them. Everything was not yummy the fried rice the dim sum the duck and so much more was horrendous. When i ordered chat siu bao they brought the minced pork bao for me. The duck also had a fishy rotten smell. Even if I was offered to go for free I wouldn’t go. The restaurant’s furniture was very old I went 16 years ago and it was still the same furniture. There was a lot of dust that I kept sneezing. In addition ti that the shrimp has a clear and blue colour but the wrapper around it was cooked. It is very overpriced and was a waste of money. For a hotel of this level j would’ve thought it...
