Hwa Shin — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Subdistrict

Visited this place in Korea Town in Bangkok Thailand & did not have a great experience. There were plenty of restaurants open & a nice crowd in the area but when we ordered and then received the food it was not the same. I ordered the sushi looking item on the menu (I forgot the name) but the lady who spoke english told me only imitation crab came on it no beef. When I got my food there was imitation crab & HOT DOG cut up in it. I have never had hot dog anything in my food when ordered this way. I do not eat meat only seafood so thankfully I inspected my food and had not tasted it or else I’d been sick. I was gross’d out so I left & told them don’t worry about remaking correctly although i had already paid.

The host thankfully had a mask on but sneezed the entire time we were there so after about 10 mins of waiting to get our food inside we got up & we waited outside.

The kimchi was good though. I did eat that but overall it was not a good experience for me.

Located in the Korean town, Sukhumvit plaza ground floor. They have a private room but it will take some time to get the room.

The food is okay. Not bad but not good either. And they are providing 0.5L mineral water and charge for it as it is very different from Korean food I eat in my home country. They will provide free water or green tea. Guess it is not a thing for Korean food in Bangkok. Another thing different is we have to cook our food.

The price is expensive for everything.

But it is a dog friendly restaurant, you can bring your dog to the restaurant but you will need to get a private room.

dear reader, be careful when visiting this restaurant The pictures on the menu do not guarantee that you will get what you ordered. when you point it out, you will be threatened by the police waiters only speak bad English when it suits them portions in the photo are large, in life they are small and this is not what you expect for such money neither the owners nor the waiters have any culture and understanding of etiquette - they will shout at you and threaten to call the police directly to the entire restaurant I'm not sure that the food here is so tasty that you can lose a wonderful evening with friends for...
