Don't go to this Korean barbecue buffet on the first floor entrance.

The owner does not want you to have a good meal. The fire here is very small and weak and the meat is hard to cook, but it's limited to a 70-minute meal.

Although it says it's a buffet, it actually only allows you to ask for thin slices of pathetically undercooked pork, and if you want any more pork, they change the grill pan frequently to stop the barbecue from getting cooked. They changed the grill pan 5 times during the 70-minute meal can you imagine. It is notoriously indecent in doing business in that way. If it’s not a buffet, then don’t advertise it is. Don’t cheat on customers.

For a 70-minute meal, the meat wasn't even cooked for a good 50 minutes, actually. We waited for the roast to cook and nearly didn't eat anything at all. And then, time’s up, you need to leave.

We ended up leaving hungry.

Water is not inclusive and a bottle of water costs 30 baht, which is outrageous.

Two persons + one little bottle of water = 730 baht. Unworthy. It’s a shame of such...

The restaurant offers a la carte or 350baht buffet with variety of Korean dishes. The place has around 10-15 tables for group diners. For 350baht buffet; it consists of 5-6 pork and beef selection, with another 10 authentic Korean dishes and 1 dessert for you to choose.

Food is okay. All the items are cooked by order so it is quite fresh and hot when served. They serve unlimited side dishes, most are good but I don’t find anything that is exceptionally good or amazed by.

Staff is quite rude (is she myanmar or lao? I’m not sure), is so arrogant and argue with the customers. I see no point why would she be in service business if she doesn’t like to serve customers nicely? I have never seen such waitress who can’t even tell the type of the pork she served for us, but then rudely keep insisting us to finish buffet quickly so she could bring new customers in.

Even though the food was excellent, the service was less than stellar, particularly the manager (I believe), a middle-aged lady who was in a hurry and threw our meat into the barbecue as if she didn't care (very rude & unfriendly) and treated us like minority there. However, when another staff member came in to cook in the middle, they were considerably more friendly than she had been. The level of customer service and/or friendliness should be evaluated by the company's leadership. Because of your age, you're not exempt from making eye contact and smiling at your customers.
