My experience at Dough Bros Pizza and Donuts was a bit of a mixed bag. I opted for the cheese pizza, and unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. I found it to be lacking in flavor and overall not very satisfying.

However, where Dough Bros really excelled was with their garlic knots. These were absolutely fantastic - perfectly seasoned, soft and chewy, and incredibly flavorful. They were definitely the highlight of my meal.

The real standout at Dough Bros, though, was their donuts. These were hands down the best part of the menu. If you're not a fan of overly sweet treats, I highly recommend trying the jelly donuts without sugar. They were a perfect balance of sweet and tart, and the dough was light and fluffy.

The ambiance of the restaurant was also worth noting - the place looked amazing, with a modern and trendy decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and language barriers were not an issue. Ordering your food on a screen and having it brought to your table by number selection was a convenient and efficient process.

A pizza lover at heart, I had to try the newly opened Dough Bros. Pizza & Doughnuts at Gaysorn Amarin - Chitlom. As I walked into their relatively small restaurant, which probably only seats around 15 people indoors, and a few more outdoors, I was not greeted with any staff, but a self-service kiosk instead. The kiosk were very simple to use and navigate to order my desired items.

I ordered a half n half pizza of 'The Parma', which comes with Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Herb Roasted Mushrooms, Crushed Garlic, Parma Ham, Rocket, Shaved Parmesan, and 'The Truffle', which comes with Black Truffle base, Mozzarella, Assorted Mushrooms, Rocket, Shaved Parmesan, and Olive Oil. For sides, I got some Truffle & Parmesan Tater Tots, and Crispy Chicken Wings.

The pizza has a thin base with a soft, yet chewy crust, not too doughy. The filling to base ratio is great, nothing overpowers the other. The parma has a good parma to rocket ratio, while the truffle has a good strong truffle flavour.

The tater tots were crunchy and light on the inside, while the chicken were flavourful and well seasoned.

I didn't hv a chance to try their food but was just driven away by their lousy service n attitude at the entrance. I arrived 5 mins before booking time. there were 2 waiters n a waitress inside while one was writing and the second one was turning his back on us, and the third one kept looking at us without any reactions . they were all behind the counter. one of them n I exchanged greeting and she kept her head down, writing while the other 2 remained what they had been doing (turning his back n looking at us). we were standing ,waiting for them to lead us to a table but we were just ignored till 2 mins later. I asked if the restaurant was opened and 2 of them said yes and that's it n still behind the counter .I then waited for another minute and asked who would be providing service but no one took any action. we felt like a fool then we canceled the booking n left. extremely disappointing n unexpected service that I had never...
