I recently visited Firefly Bar, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff ensured that my friend and I had the best spot to enjoy the live performance. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks for the attention to detail in reserving such a great location for us.

The live performance, particularly by the female singer, was absolutely stunning. Her voice was incredible, and her presence truly elevated the atmosphere of the bar. I’m not sure if the change in performers is recent, but she made the evening even more special with her talent. It felt like the perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation.

Additionally, the snacks served during the evening were delicious, and I noticed that some of the options had changed since my last visit—an improvement that did not go unnoticed. Everything was prepared with great care, and it was a pleasure to indulge in the offerings while enjoying the music.

Poor presentation with a dash of mediocre service.

We visited Firefly bar on the night of Feb 23,2024. We had our first drink which are Banana Joe and Elegant lady in red. Overall experienced was good. However, when we order our second drinks (Forget me Not and Firefly Rebirth) as the waitress about to serve our drink she informed us that "we ran out of our rocks glasses" the two glasses were small thin layer which completely ruined the whole presentation of our drinks. The waitress did not apologize as if this is completely acceptable by Kempinski Standard. Why don't Kempinski serve our drinks with red plastic cups instead. We ask the waitress to take our second drinks back as we are not okay with these type of glasses. The waitress took it back and informed us she will asked the bartender to find rocks glasses for us. To add insult to injury the waitress came back with our drinks in rock glasses that are warm (not chilled straight out of washing sink) we believed they just pour our drinks from the old glass into the new rock glass. We were disappointed with the whole experienced we had at the Firefly. We dropped three grand that night for mediocre drinks, food...
