I've spent at least 80.000 baht here at this cafe coming nearly everyday having lunch and several drinks for many months. I've introduced this cafe to many friends and expats. A recent experience ruined it for me. I will not be coming back.

My service dog trained to help me accompanied me on the outside terrace not bothering anyone. He has been allowed on 5 cabin flights with me flying international and domestic, but not allowed at this outside terrace.

The staff told us to leave despite my wife stating the law of Disability Act of Thailand to them. They ignored her and still told to leave right away. Discrimination against people with disabilities is wrong and goes against the spirit of hospitality. Please get educated that there are many forms of disability and follow the law.

You allow people to smoke on that terrace, ruining other people’s health, but you won’t allow a service dog, sitting there bothering no one. This is a very questionable approach, your staff should use some common sense and also...
