Van Gogh-inspired Tea Debuts 🌻 at St. Regis Bar & The Drawing Room
The London National Gallery and ARTISTORY are partnering to introduce special afternoon tea and beverage selections inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's masterworks.
The St. Regis Bangkok's culinary team creates a unique afternoon tea experience featuring Vincent Van Gogh's "Sunflowers," 🌻 a collection of edible masterpieces. The menu takes guests on a journey, featuring sweet and savory creations inspired by Van Gogh's genius, showcasing his art in an exquisite manner.
The 'Sunflowers' menu features a passion fruit Bellini macaron, rosewater, lavender, and lemon pie, matcha waffle with crab meat and daikon, and a corn, pinot blanc jelly, and caviar tart.
The 'Head of a Peasant Woman' recipe features a blueberry gateaux, pate de fruit, pecan sablé, and savory blueberry and gin-cured salmon with horseradish mango and butterfly pea sandwich.
The 'Long Grass with Butterflies' is presented in an almond eclair with chocolate and hazelnut and an almond gazpacho with pickled honeydew melon.
The 'Silver Moon' Tea: A TWG blend of green tea is accented with a grand berry and vanilla bouquet. Suave, with just a hint of spice, this tea is perfect for that special moment.
Additionally, the St. Regis Bangkok also offers special drinks, exclusive Van Gogh-inspired merchandise, and immersive decorations in the House of Astor.
