I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent dining experience at your cafe. I believe it is important to provide feedback in order to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere for all patrons.
Upon arrival at your establishment, my companion and I were allocated a table situated directly in front of the path leading to the entrance. This location was extremely inconvenient and disruptive, as it subjected us to constant foot traffic and created a lack of privacy during our meal.
Recognizing the inconvenience, we kindly requested to switch to another available table that was unoccupied at the time. However, to our surprise, our request was not accommodated. The decision to deny our straightforward and reasonable request left us feeling disregarded as valued customers.
It is disheartening to witness such inflexibility, especially when there was an alternative table readily available. The refusal to honor our request not only detracted from our overall dining experience but also raised concerns about the quality of customer service at your establishment.
As customers, we have specific expectations when it comes to choosing a comfortable and suitable dining environment. Unfortunately, our experience at your cafe did not meet these expectations, thus leaving us with a negative impression of the service provided.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future patrons do not encounter similar disappointing experiences. Seating arrangements play a vital role in determining customer satisfaction, and I suggest that your staff be more considerate and accommodating when handling such situations.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing about the steps you will take to address the concerns raised. Your commitment to providing a positive and enjoyable dining experience will undoubtedly contribute to the reputation and success...
Read moreA mixture of hits and misses for their dessert, but service was really bad.
We tried their souffle pancakes and their soft serve. The souffle pancakes were not bad, not too sweet and fluffy, with a thorougly cooked texture (I personally am averse to the uncooked version offered by Japanese cafes). On the other hand, their soft serve was way too sweet, we couldn't even finish it.
Service was terrible. There seems to be only one staff who can speak English, and he was really lazy and slow. When we initally tried to order the soft serve, he told us that they were not serving it. However, when they served us our souffle pancakes, we saw other tables being served the soft serve. When we asked the staff if the soft serve was now available he then said it was without giving us any explanation as to why he previously told us it wasn't. In general, his attitude was really just cold and apathetic, completely unacceptable in the F&B industry.
Overall, while their souffle pancakes were not bad, considering all other factors, this place is...
